About

Cozy Bear was established in 1978, in a hidden cottage on the green grasslands of England, Mrs. Carolin Scott lived with her three-year-old daughter Emily Scott. Living as a single mother was not an easy task and worked days on their farm. During weekends they would bake fresh breads and sweet savory pastries and sell them to their neighbors every weekend. Emily Scott (current Owner). learned to bake by her mother’s side and was inspired by the dedication her mother had to make a business successful.

As of now there are multiple locations across the United States and England of “Cozy Bear Cafe”. Our main location is in Yorkshire, England UK. We serve all organic ingredients and produce, partnering with our local farmers markets across the globe. We hope to inspire and deliver exceptional deserts and sweets to your table.

Where did “Cozy Bear” get its name: When I was very young my mother Carolin Scott would read a book to me by the fire called “Little Bear”. This warm memory of mine is how “Cozy Bear” got its name.
